Neiman Marcus Dip

It's a chilly day in Austin, at least to me. It's cloudy. Perfect chili and cornbread weather. Perfect weather for curling up with a good book or stitching. 

While Josh makes us dinner, he decided to make a dip. He loves to cook. And I love that he cooks! He found a great dip on Neiman Marcus Dip. It's fantastic...


  • 1/4 c sliced almonds
  • slices bacon, cooked,crumbled and cooled
  • c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • green onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • salt

  • Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. Spread almonds on a cookie sheet and toast for 10 minutes. Let cool.

3. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.

4. Serve with crackers or apple slices.
