Slow Cooker French Dip & Swiss Sandwiches

I came home to a wonderful dinner tonight! I've always wanted to make a french dip sandwich, but never got around to it. Joshua found this recipe on Mommy On Demand. It is delicious...

Slow Cooker French Dip & Swiss Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. sliced deli roast beef
1 envelope au jus seasoning
1 onion, sliced
3 c. water
Hoagie Rolls
Sliced Swiss Cheese

Instructions

In a slow cooker, add the sliced onion, and roast beef. Dissolve the au jus seasoning into the water, and pour over the onions an beef. Set the slow cooker on low for 3-5 hours. Beef will be hot and ready to serve with the hoagie rolls. Top with cheese, and serve with the au jus for dipping.

SO GOOD! SO EASY!
