Chocolate Glaze

I made more delicious doughnuts last night, topping them with chocolate glaze...SO GOOD!


Here's the quick and easy recipe:

Mix 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 tsp dark corn syrup, and 2 tsp water in a double boiler. Stir the chocolate mixture until smooth. Dip cool doughnuts in chocolate glaze and coat with chocolate rainbow colored sprinkles.

Next glaze: Maple!
