Weigh in.

Well, this week I dropped the ball. I worked out on Monday, but missed on the rest of the week (including Saturday and Sunday). I didn't walk at the gym or workout with weights at home. I didn't eat well, either. I ate a hoagie sandwich for lunch one day and dinner the next. I ate threw a plastic container of homemade chocolate chip cookies (with the help of my family) in a week. I still haven't accepted the idea of portion control.

Monday starts a new week, to try again.

Weight: 164 lbs. (sigh)
